The Frinorm sound insulation frame extension elements are the right choice especially for high demands on sound insulation as well as high demands on thermal insulation. They are available with chipboard P5, E1, untreated, chipboard P5, E1, with primer foil, medium-density fibreboard (MDF) P3, E1, with primer foil or chipboard P5, E1, with real wood veneer in all types of wood. Depending on the sound insulation requirements, the frame extension elements are fabricated with one or two heavy bitumen foils. Glass wool, 20 kg/m³, is used for thermal insulation. The window frame extension elements are fabricated with a circumferential spruce edge band. Special edge bands can be inset according to your requirements.
